Job description

We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to work at our broker-owned agency in Fall River.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager you would be responsible for:

• Answering phones
• Resolving billing questions
• Claims assistance
• New business underwriting
• Quoting and selling
• Policy reviews and changes
• Making retention follow up calls

Optimal applicants should have:

• At least a high school level education
• Must have experience working in Insurance, preferably two/three years
• Ability to quote and underwrite: auto and home

Logistics:

• Full Time: Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm, Friday - 9am to 4pm (holidays off)
• Pay: hourly $20 - $36 (40k-75k/year)
